About CSTNA
CSTNA is a civic association for the wonderful Cool Spring - Tilton Park neighborhood in Wilmington Delaware. CSTNA invites the entire community to participate and connect. We provide a means of outbound communication that is holistic, transparent, easily discoverable, and available to the entire community. This is a great space to share our story, talk about the initiatives we are involved in, and highlight the ways that we, as a community, are making a difference in the neighborhood.
