President

Kevin Melloy

Kevin Melloy is a Delaware native raised in Rockford Park Highlands. At the age of 26 he began his real estate career and has listed and sold hundreds of properties in Delaware. He has been involved with Better Block since 2014 and United Neighbors currently focusing mostly on the Wilmington I-95 corridor. A man of the people who wears many hats, his love of life and exuberance can be seen in Delaware, Puerto Rico, and Vermont.

Vice President

Greg Luna

Greg Luna is a long-time resident of the Cool Spring Tilton Neighborhood as tenant and homeowner. He has been involved in the community in an array of areas including current board of the Wilmington Housing Authority, past president of the neighborhood association, a volunteer for Build a Better Block, and also served on the Delaware Youth Soccer Association board. You might see him wandering through the neighborhood and around the parks with his Afghan Hound.

John O'Connor

John moved to Cool Spring/Tilton Park twelve years ago and has loved every minute. He lives on 8th St with his wife Patti and son Patrick. He also has two other children, Sarah and Kelli, and two Grandchildren. He is also one of the owners of Coterie Cafe + Kitchen.

Secretary

Cheryl Black

Cheryl has served as Secretary in the 2023-2024 term of CSTNA. She most recently held the position of CEO of You Technology and is on the board of trustees of Old Salem Museum and Gardens. She loves to volunteer for the Horn Entrepreneurship program at the University of Delaware. She is passionate about preservation and community. And grandchildren. And coffee.
