Nicolas Al Fahel
Nicolas is a Cool Spring/Tilton Park adoptee of 4 years. Since he moved to the neighborhood, he has been enthusiastic about actively working with neighbors and elected officials to improve our community, and especially its parks. He has had the honor of serving first as Vice President and currently as President of CSTNA, a civic association he sees as a platform to echo the voice of our community.

Cheryl Black
Cheryl has served as Secretary in the 2023-2024 term of CSTNA. She most recently held the position of CEO of You Technology and is on the board of trustees of Old Salem Museum and Gardens. She loves to volunteer for the Horn Entrepreneurship program at the University of Delaware. She is passionate about preservation and community. And grandchildren.

John O'Connor
John moved to Cool Spring/Tilton Park twelve years ago and has loved every minute. He lives on 8th St with his wife Patti and son Patrick. He also has two other children, Sarah and Kelli, and two Grandchildren. He is also one of the owners of Coterie Cafe + Kitchen.

Secretary
Caitlin Merto
Caitlin, and her family, have been your neighbor since 2017 when they moved into the neighborhood and were immediately struck by the love and support that this community has - even for new residents! Caitlin is the proud co-owner of Coterie Cafe + Kitchen, a high school teacher in Chester-Upland School District, President of Chester-Upland Education Association, Treasurer of Pennsylvania State Education Association Southeastern Region, mother, and partner.
